Shane Warne's son Jackson is making his TV debut

Shane Warne's son Jackson Warne is heading for the small screen. 

The 20-year-old will star in the reality show SAS: Who Dares Wins, soon to film in New Zealand. 

Based on the UK show of the same name, the contest sees a group of former Special Forces soldiers recreate the Special Air Service's secret selection process, putting a number of contestants through the trial.

In an interview with news.com.au, Jackson admitted he struggled with the pressure to imitate Shane's success while confessing he was never 'that good' at the sport.   

Shane, 50, played cricket professionally and internationally over the course of his career that has spanned almost two decades, and now commentates for the sport. 

While Jackson stressed he is extremely proud of what his dad has achieved, mahkotaqq aplikasi he confessed that he doesn't have the same desire to don his cricket whites. 

Recalling a time at school when he did play cricket and it made the press, Jackson said the 'pressure factor' and people's expectations of him got too much.

 Just himself: Luckily for him, he says dad Shane didn't push him to follow in the same direction. 'It didn't matter what we wanted to do, Dad just wanted us to be happy,' he said


'I could never be that good, I could never try to be that good... I just was not really interested,' he said.

Shane is dad to son Jackson, along with daughters Brooke, 21, and Summer, 17, who he shares with his ex-wife Simone Callahan.
