"I don't have time for marketing." There are only two situations where this can really be true: you're too busy doing the client work you already have, or you have other important responsibilities (e.g. an outside job or young children) taking up your time.
The difference between network marketing and a pyramid scam is easy to explain. Network marketers sell products; they run businesses. A pyramid scam is a con. People give someone money in hopes that they can get other people to give them money. The claim is that anyone can get rich just by finding other people to do the same. There is no product, no business. The people at the top make lots of money. The scam falls apart. This is illegal. People get arrested.
11.You don't have to reinvent the wheel. Internet marketing is one type of a business where you can simple model yourself on a proven business that works, hence shortening your learning curve. With other types of businesses, you will have to learn as you go, doing 'trial and error', which is costly and frustrating. You do not have to waste time and time figuring it out. There are established experts who have made it in the internet marketing business - just get the blue prints and duplicate it!

It sounds easy enough, doesn't it? It sure did for me, and I cannot describe how excited I was about finally being able to do something about my job that I hated and the long, miserable days that I spent there. I was so ready and eager to go out there and be successful with my new network marketing business. I had all the resources I needed at my fingertips through my program, and all I had to do was turn the key.
Marketing methods ARE endless. You can spend a lifetime learning about them, implementing them, collecting data as to their efficacy and tweaking your results. For the service professional (not the professional marketer) it is not necessary to learn them all. So the good news is, while marketing information is endless, your grasp of it need not be complete.
