Camber refers to the angle of the wheel in relation to the ground. If the wheel is tilted inwards, it has negative camber. If it's tilted outwards, it has positive camber. Camber is used to adjust the car's handling. Too much negative camber can make the car unstable and cause it to oversteer. Too much positive camber can make the car unstable and cause it to understeer.
Caster is the angle of the steering axis in relation to the ground. If the steering axis is tilted forwards, it has positive caster. If it's tilted backwards, it has negative caster. Caster is used to adjust the car's steering. Too much positive caster can make the car difficult to turn. Too much negative caster can make the car wander.
