TRANSDISCIPLINARITY, EDUCATION AND WORK FOR YOUNGSTERS INTRODUCED INTO ECONOMY APPROACHING THE CONCEPT OF THIRD SECTOR

This article is based on fragmentation of education since XII century until today, as students have kept away from the whole knowledge and have acquired both professional and personal narrower view. Concerns about this profile, globalization and technology development make global economy to review Capitalism and Socialism concepts in order to break paradigms in every sector in the society. Due to such concerns, philosophers have suggested different educational theories, such as Transdisciplinarity – a structure to meet different levels of reality, especially 16-to-20-year-old students at public schools who wish to get started in market. In a humanistic economy, such youngsters will be able to be benefit from a third sector social inclusion project, in order to focus on different outlooks within labor market.Downloads
