Abstract

The Institutional Social Innovation Program (PROISI), established by Ser Educacional Group in 2025, aims to foster the development of innovative solutions through the integration of teaching, research, and extension activities, with a focus on social impact. This special edition brings together the extended abstracts of the projects selected across the academic units, representing the final stage of the first call for proposals, dedicated to the approval and publication of the winning initiatives.

The selected works highlight the diversity of extension activities developed within the institution, addressing themes related to citizenship, health, social inclusion, education, and community development. Furthermore, they reaffirm the university’s institutional role in promoting social transformation grounded in scientific knowledge.
