Abstract

The research was developed with the intention of attributing relevance to the discrimination that the woman suffered and she still suffers in the social relationships, tends as focus the right of the work. In spite of the existence of legal apparatus, that at fi rst she was protectionist and prohibitive, it excluded the feminine population to the job market, now the protection legislations to the woman removed your discrimination character bringing to the light criteria to provide the equality of opportunities, still looking for to avoid a several juridical reality of the in fact. The verifi cation of the precedents historical, scientifi c, sociological and juridical made possible a wide study, and not only of the point of view of the laws that they regulate it. The ascension of this gender in the work out of the home she had as propeller the need of complement of income, the opening of more appropriate work positions to the woman, change in the vision of your role in the society. It was looked for to analyze the principal forms of the woman’s discrimination in the job market, such as: as the access to the employment, maintenance and rescission of the labor agreement, ascension diffi culty to the high work positions in spite of your largest education, segregation occupational, low noticed remuneration and vulnerable of dismissal in reason of the marriage or pregnancy state.
