COLLAGE: A COLAGEM SURREALISTA
Abstract
In the collage the surrealistas had appreciated the process mainly where the use of the image of what it is supposedly real transforms this into one another resultant reality in the plastic poetry. It was from this principle that Max Ernst initiated its experimentations with the technique, perceiving that the process not if of only in the act of collage, but yes in the relation with the image, since the moment of the choice, passing for the clipping, that is, the estrangement that if makes of the image in relation its normal scene, going for the act of glue, or simply joining this element to others, giving it another meaning in the composition, using if of its meaning previous. This procedure is present in sculptures, musics, theatrical spectacles, in all type of workmanship, independent to use glue, paper or shears. To this language Max Ernst it gave the name of collage.Downloads
