Abstract

The beginning of the 20th century is wrap by transformations at every segments, it like on the arts and principally on sculpture. The mode properties and take away remains from a volume no allows more affi rm artists by tendencies, compelling the observer the break with this paradigm and to accommodate oneself to the new tridimensionality that currant to have new languages and materials in its composition. On the other hand, the observer to take over an attitude to search about to understand the artistic manifestations and the plastics outcomes obtained by elements employees the new techniques. The languages incorporated on the new sculptural tendency are studies that the artist uses to compose the job of art and make it with proper characteristics without having to worry with the beautiful and the fi gurative. The purpose of this study is question the languages that make the modern sculpture, evaluating and derisive the perception of some techniques maid on works tridimensionality between they, movement linear studies, calculations and measurements for weight distribution and balance, new materials composition aggregations on the structure and the feature from poetic language that the sculpture acquiring.
