Abstract

The subject of this study analyses the changes brought by the Law 11.274/06 and for the Law n. ° 11.114/2005 and the articles 6. °, 32. ° and 87. ° of the Law 9.394, the Directives and Bases of the National Education, which enlarged the basic teaching and they point which adaptations will be necessary so that the pupils develop and participate of the activities cultural-artistically, paying attention to the physical changes, school disciplines, pedagogic and for the values that the child brings with you when it reaches the school unity.
