THE FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE IN THE PROFESSIONAL CHOICE THE ADOLESCENT’S THAT STUDIES AT PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF THE STATE OF SÃO PAULO

Abstract

The intention of this research is to characterize and the factors that influence in the adolescent’s professional choice that they study at public schools of the State of Sao Paulo to discuss. One worked with 32 (thirty two) subjects among 14 and 18 years that study at public schools. A questionnaire was used, elaborated by the own researcher, with the objective in identifying the youth’s feelings in relation to the studies and his possible academic future. The test was applied EAC-IJ (scale of solemnity-concept infant-juvenile) destined to evaluate, in a reliable way, the solemnity levels - concept and the quality of relationships that the people establish with itself and with the people that surround them. Then the test QUATI was applied (Questionnaire of Evaluation Typological), in order to evaluate the characteristics psychological presents in the adolescents. Through the obtained results we can notice that most smashing it presents a solemnity low concept, they don’t trust in himself, they are insecure and they need the friend’s support, they present a difficulty of changes, he is afraid of not being accepted by the people that surround them, they value the people for the they sit down for them.
