Abstract

This work has got the aim to show the basis and the strategies of intervention of the psycho-pedagogy facing the learning difficulties that surround students during the 'Higher Education' and checking out the demand for services provided to graduated students in the school establishment, using the resources of the institutional psycho-pedagogy as support to their learning and professional development focusing the educational needs of the 3rd millennium. According to the trends checked based on the bibliographic review, contemporaneous man have been more and more conducted to get qualification and skills to keep themselves updated in the market. Over this subject, was proposed the research to raise some data about the existence, the currency and the using of the Institutional Project of Psychopedagogy in Higher Education in the Brazilian universities.
